We are the company that provides the gold standards in immunological determination of melatonin. Melatonin is produced by the pineal gland and serve as the most important in vitro marker to assess a subject's individual circadian and seasonal biorhythm. In human and animal research studies DLMO (Dim Light Melatonin Onset) has been reported as the most stable and reliable anchor point of the biological clock. Our package of Melatonin immunoassays (RIA and ELISA) are currently the most sensitive and reproducible tools to determine DLMO even at levels of 2-3 pg/mL.

Our mission is to continue and sustain the success of the melatonin assay portfolio taken over from BÜHLMANN Laboratories AG. On top of that, we have recently launched our first own development, a novel melatonin ELISA (MLTN-96) for saliva, serum and plasma samples. This assay exhibits the same sensitivity, reproducibility and reliability as the gold standard "ex-BÜHLMANN" RIAs.
